While CoinLedger's coverage for crypto assets is comprehensive, in rare cases there may be assets such as low market cap coins or NFTs on lesser-used blockchains which do not exist in our system yet.
If you are importing your transactions into CoinLedger and cannot locate the exact asset you used in your transaction(s), feel free to send a message to our Support Team letting us know so that we can get this asset added to our platform.
We do have a review process for adding new assets to CoinLedger which can be initiated by sending a message to our team in Intercom. Learn how to do that HERE.
When requesting that CoinLedger add a new asset to our platform, we kindly ask that you provide the following details:
Full asset name
Blockchain it is on
Contract address
Any other helpful links
Once your request is submitted to our team, one of our team members will be in touch with you as soon as we have an update.
As a note, if this is a time sensitive request, in the meantime you can use a workaround which allows you to add a custom asset to your CoinLedger account. CoinLedger allows you to add a custom asset to your account in Account Settings.
