If you have a question about CoinLedger, how to use our app, or would like to share any other feedback or concerns with our team, we encourage you to reach out to CoinLedger Support through live chat or email at any time!

How to contact us

Our Support Team can be reached via email at [email protected]. To reach us via live chat, simply hit the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to begin a conversation.

Within this pop-up menu you can select Messages to see any of your previous conversations with our Support Team. We typically respond to all inquiries within one business day, with the exception of major holidays or times of peak business demand.

If you've already started a conversation with us and wish to share more information or get updates on your case, we ask that instead of starting a new conversation, you please reply to your existing conversation for the most seamless chat experience!

CoinLedger Support Security Guidelines

CoinLedger does not offer phone support and will ONLY contact you via email (or through Intercom chats if you have initiated a conversation with us). We will NEVER contact you via phone. If you're uncertain about the authenticity of an email or message from CoinLedger, please refer to the following guidelines:

  1. CoinLedger staff will never ask you to share your private or secret wallet keys.

  2. CoinLedger does not collect personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or Social Security numbers from its users. Please do not share any of this information with us.

  3. We will never reach out to you via Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar messaging apps for support.

  4. All official CoinLedger communications will come from an [at]coinledger.io or [at]mail.coinledger.io email address.

  5. These are our only authorized accounts on social media platforms:
