Step 1:

Log into your VirgoCX account.

Step 2:

In the top right corner, hover over the Account icon and select eDocument.

Step 3:

On the left side select Data Export.

Step 4:

To export all transactions, You have to download three files.

File 1: Select a Transaction Data button. Select Fiat Currency for Asset and select All in the Asset and Direction dropdown menu. Select the full date range of your Fiat transaction history and press the Next button.

File 2: Select a Transaction Data button. Select Crypto Currency for Asset and select All in the Asset and Direction dropdown menu. Select the full date range of your Crypto transaction history and press the Next button.

File 3: Select a Trade Data button. Select All in the Pair, Direction, and Order type dropdown menu. Select the full date range of your Trade history. Select Hide all canceled orders checkbox and press the Next button.

Step 5:

You will receive three files in .csv format. Navigate to Step 1. Import. Select Add Account then choose the VirgoCX tab on CoinLedger. Click on Upload File or drag your CSV files one by one into the box to import your transactions.

When importing a transaction history CSV, you will have the option to specify a start date for your import under the Drag and Drop Files Here box. This feature is designed to prevent duplicate data from being imported. You can access this feature by hitting the Import Settings drop down menu, as shown below, and then specifying a date for your import to start from. All transactions after this date will be imported. You should not do this if you are importing all of your transactions into CoinLedger for the first time.
