Important Note: BitForex allows only export of Spot Orders history and not of Deposits and Withdrawals.

Important Note 2: Files exported from BitForex will contain timestamps in the same Timezone as the user's browser. When importing the files, make sure your browser is still set to the same timezone, and verify that the times are correct once import finishes.

Step 1:

Log into your BitForex account

Step 2:

In the top right corner, click on the Orders button.

Step 3:

While on the Spot Orders tab, click on the Order History.

Step 4:

Click the Export button and Beyond 180 days and select the timeframe. The file will be emailed to you.

Step 5:

Open our software and navigate to Step 1. Import. Select Add Account then choose the BitForex tab. Click on Upload File and drag your CSV file into the box to import your transactions.
