You can import your Kava transactions into CoinLedger by entering your public wallet address into the Import stage of the CoinLedger app.
Kava is part of the Cosmos ecosystem, and its import process follows a similar structure to that of other integrated Cosmos chains. Scroll down on this page for step-by-step instructions on importing your Kava transactions into CoinLedger.
Step-By-Step Import Instructions
Step 1: Add a Kava Account
From Step 1: Import of the CoinLedger app, select Add Account, and then search for Kava.
Step 2: Find Your Public Kava Address
No matter what type of wallet you are using for your Kava transactions, you can locate your public Kava address from within your wallet provider (e.g., Keplr, Cosmostation, etc.).
A key feature of the Kava blockchain is its support for both the standard kava prefix and the 0x EVM prefix addresses.
Copy your wallet address to your clipboard, and then proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Paste Your Public Kava Address
Once you've located your public Kava address, paste it into the address box shown below and then press Connect Wallet to sync your transactions.
Kava Import Notes & Limitations
Address Prefixes: You can use either your
kavaprefix address or your0xEVM prefix address for the import. Both addresses will result in the same set of transactions being imported into CoinLedger.Uncategorized Transactions: If your wallet transacted with a smart contract that CoinLedger does not integrate with yet, these transactions will be imported as Uncategorized. You can properly map those transactions by following the directions in our guide here.
Transaction Limit: Up to 2500 transactions can be imported in a single Kava import. Any transactions beyond this limit may need to be imported manually.
Import Time: Your Kava blockchain import may take more than 15 minutes to complete. Don't worry, this is normal and your import will successfully complete—please do not cancel your import!
