You can import your Ledger Wallet transactions into CoinLedger via CSV file or blockchain wallet address. For information on the wallet import process, please see this guide.
Step 1
Open the Ledger Live app and unlock your device.
Step 2
Next, navigate to the Accounts page.
Step 3
On the Accounts page, click the three dot menu as shown below and then press Export operation history.
Step 4
Next, you'll be asked to select which accounts or assets you would like to export a transaction history file for. You will need to export a CSV file for each asset you hold in your Ledger Wallet, so be sure to select every asset you hold in Ledger on this menu.
Then, press Save.
Step 5
You will receive a file in CSV format. In CoinLedger, navigate to 1. Import. Select Add Account then choose the Ledger tab on CoinLedger. Click on Upload File and drag your CSV file into the box to import your transactions.
When importing a transaction history CSV, you will have the option to specify a start date for your import under the Drag and Drop Files Here box. This feature is designed to prevent duplicate data from being imported. You can access this feature by hitting the Import Settings drop down menu, as shown below, and then specifying a date for your import to start from. All transactions after this date will be imported. You should not do this if you are importing all of your transactions into CoinLedger for the first time.
